Pizza
Recipes
Here are a few pizza recipes to use at your next pizza party or pizza
buffet.
|
|
For a pizza bar, provide pre-baked crusts, sauce, cheese and several
toppings.
Allow the guests to make their own pizza, then put on a
cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Write the guests' names
next to their pizza on the parchment paper before baking.
Of course, for a pizza buffet just set out the pizzas, and possibly provide tags with the names of the pizzas. |
How to Make
Your Own Pizza....
If
opting to make your own pizzas for a party, I suggest using pre-baked
crusts. You can buy them at your grocery store or make your own and
keep them in the refrigerator or freezer before the party.
Use my favorite Pizza Dough Recipe.
It makes 3-4 large crusts, or a dozen personal size crusts.
Or you can make pizza dough with frozen rolls, thawed, flattened and
baked.
Try
making your pizza a little different.
Use a white pizza sauce
instead of the traditional red sauce.
Put a biscuit in a
greased muffin tin, top with sauce, cheese and a few toppings.
Use an English muffin to
make pizzas.
How about a pizza
quesadilla? Cheese and pepperoni melted together inside a flour
tortilla.
