Mickey Toss – Set
out three hoops in the shape of Mickey and ears (embroidery hoops or even three
clean and small garbage pails). Let the guests take turns tossing bean bag into
the hoops.
Pluto’s Chase –In this version of the game
“Tag” one guest is Pluto and the other guests are squirrels. And Pluto needs to
catch a squirrel, or tag a squirrel. When tagged, that squirrel becomes Pluto
and the previous Pluto becomes a squirrel and the new Pluto tries to tag
another squirrel.
Donald Egg Relay –
Split the guests into two teams and have each team take turns racing eggs in
spoons across the lawn. If they drop an egg they have to throw a fit like
Donald, squeaky, scratchy voice, arms flailing, the whole bit. Then pick up the
egg and begin again. Each team member has to race the egg across the lawn (back
and forth) until each member has had a turn. First team to finish wins!
Goofy Slips – Practice
slap stick. Let your guests pretend to slip on a banana peel or to toss
a ball
forward and it really goes behind. Your guests will quickly come up
with their own hilarious routines for this great Mickey Mouse party
game.
Decorate Ears –
Give each guest a set of mouse ears and let them decorate them with paint,
stickers, ribbons or other fun things.
Daisy Dance – Play
music for your guests to dance to. When you pause the music they should freeze
in whatever position they are in. Then resume the music so they can continue to
dance. It’s fun Mickey Mouse party game that no one wins but everyone enjoys.
Minnie’s Dress-up
–Split your guests into two teams and have each team member take turns getting
dressed for a tea party and parading around the room before removing the extra
clothes for the next team member to put on and parade around. Each team will
need a pair of extra large dress shoes, a feather boa or shawl, a floppy hat
and a fancy purse. First team for each member to get dressed and parade around
wins. Of course, you’ll be the real winner getting lots of great pictures for
this Minnie Mouse party game.
Giant Buttons – Use
a giant yellow button, like on Mickey’s shorts, to play the game, “Button, Button,
Who’s Got the Button?” Have your guests stand or sit in a circle with their
hands in front of them, palms together. Then one guest with a button in their
hand, puts their hands inside each guests’ hands, and leaves the button in the
hands of one of the other guests. After going through all the guests, even
after the button has been dropped off, the guests take turns guessing who has
the button. Whoever guesses correctly gets to take a turn placing the button on
the next round of the game.
